We tailor our solutions around your needs and requirements, starting with providing an asset register for all your networked equipment.
From here we can then look at how you are operating and start looking at providing an IT development plan. This plan incorporates everything the school/trust needs to achieve, what the school/trust would like to achieve and put an order to them so that the more urgent requirements are prioritised.
Building a plan from the very begining, ensures that you are able to have confidence in your IT network and equipment to deliver what you need and improvements are implemented with minimal disruption. Our preference is to send the same engineer to your school when required. This ensures familiarity and the technician knows exactly how your school or Trust operates. Everything we do, will be for the benefit of your school or trust as we will treat your network, as though it was our own, meaning we take the security and safety of your Data as the upmost priority.
